Where does Sir Lucas and John ship?

We currently ship to the Continental US & Hawaii

When will my order ship?

If you place your order Monday through Friday, most orders will be shipped within the same business day you place it. However, many orders with standard shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays or weekends). Once shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Orders placed after 1 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) may take longer to arrive, due to delays with shipping companies. 

How much is shipping and how long will it take to get my order?

We offer free USPS shipping within the United States on all orders over $35 (not including taxes and promotions). For all other orders, standard shipping within the Domestic US is $8 via USPS. If you need your Sir Lucas and John order sooner, we also offer express shipping options.

Are receipts included in my order?

All US packages are shipped without invoices or receipts, just a packing slip.

When is the holiday shipping cutoff?

Standard Free US Shipping orders must be placed by Dec 14 to guarantee arrival by Dec 24. While orders will generally arrive much sooner, carriers frequently experience delays due to increased volume over the holidays. Order early, or select Expedited Shipping to guarantee arrival by Dec 24. 

Do you charge sales tax?

We will collect applicable sales tax on products shipped to the states for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax, you agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted to comply with applicable tax laws.

A sales tax of 6.25% will be applied to all orders shipping to Massachusetts.

Please note that once packages have been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Sir Lucas and John LLC assumes no responsibility.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items

If your Sir Lucas and John package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at support@sirlucasandjohn.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.

 

Return Policy

Can I return my products?

We will happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in its original packaging. Any opened or damaged products and packaging cannot be returned.

To start a return, please email us at support@sirlucasandjohn.com and we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, upon receipt of the returned item. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations, or making changes to payment type and/or shipping address are allowed up to 20 minutes once an order has been placed. After 20 minutes, your order will be processed and our Return Policy will apply.
